Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions - many of our Customer Success managers have a lot of experience with organising the timetable organisation, resolving timetable problems and processes.
For several institutions we provide a monthly coaching session with the timetable manager or other key user to advise the person on these matters or provide feedback on ideas.
Ad-Hoc Change Management Support
Processes do continuously change within an institution. This could mean that the resource management and scheduling system also needs to change to match the new process.
Our Customer Success manager can deliver a service to include a new configuration or change an existing configuration.
We can also review the current processes and propose a continual improvement of the system which results in a better efficiency and organisational performance.
Timetable Startup Service
The start of the creation of a new timetable can sometimes be hectic for a timetabling team. Our Customer Success manager will support the team during the first week(s) to get all the processes lined up so you have a smooth process for the whole organisation.

A lot of things can happen within a timetabling team, a timetabler can become sick for a long period of time, when a temporary replacement is needed.
Or there is a big change in the processes, for which extra hands are needed.
Or a timetabler will be on maternity leave for 12 weeks, when a temporary replacement is desired.
